Like most of you guys out there, I've been spending a lot of time in the office recently and I’m one of those people who cant work without music playing in the background. I’m sure I'm not the only one out there..."Am I?", so I thought I would put together a quick web site to share some of my music. You can listen to all of my music for free streaming from my web site. MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3, more commonly referred to as MP3, is a patenteddigital audioencodingformat using a form of lossy data compression. It is a common audio format for consumer audio storage, as well as a de facto standardof digital audio compression for the transfer and playback of music on digital audio players. MP3 is an audio-specific format that was designed by the Moving Picture Experts Groupas part of its MPEG-1standard. The group was formed by several teams of engineers at FraunhoferIIS in Erlangen, Germany, AT&T-Bell Labs(now a division of Alcatel-Lucent) in Murray Hill, NJ, USA, Thomson-Brandt, and CCETTas well as others. It was approved as an ISO/IECstandard in 1991.
